Job Summary
Litigate to perfection – you will not be chasing your tail with too many cases. Litigate like an all-star and win big results. You will have ample time and training to dissect each case and run circles around the defense.
Learn directly under Lead Trial Attorney, Seth Green, who has resolved over $45 million dollars in injury cases including back to back plus $1M results in 2024 and 2025.
Requirements
- Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school
- Member of the Florida Bar in good standing
- Prefer Public Defender/State Attorney Experience or Insurance Defense Experience (1-2 years)
- Prefer someone with strong ties to local community
- No personal injury experience required (we prefer to train you our way)
- Impeccable verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent problem solving and negotiation skills
- A strong courtroom presence and eagerness to try cases
Duties & Responsibilities
- Communicate directly with clients throughout the litigation process
- Perform legal research and investigation
- Prepare and file legal documents including complaints, motions, and discovery requests
- Attend hearings, depositions, mediations, defense exams, etc.
- Collaborate with expert witnesses
- Prepare cases for trial and try cases to verdict
- Stay updated on relevant laws, regulations, and legal trends in the PI field
Job Type & Pay: Full Time, In Office

- Base pay 75k-100k per year
- Fixed bonus structure, on all your files, will be offered upon successfully demonstrating the ability to independently run a caseload from inception to resolution
