About Us We support spectacular drone light shows across Canada and the U.S. and are looking for reliable, enthusiastic&nbsp;independent contractors&nbsp;to join our ground crew roster.
Role Overview As a Ground Crew Contractor, you will assist with the set-up, operation, and tear-down of drone shows under the direction of the Pilot-in-Command. This is an&nbsp;on-call, casual opportunity&nbsp;where you can accept shows that fit your schedule through our contractor scheduling system.
Responsibilities
<ul>
<li>Assist with set-up and tear-down of drone show operations.</li>
<li>Load/unload equipment, handle batteries, and deploy ground support systems.</li>
<li>Drive company vehicles to transport equipment to and from show sites.</li>
<li>Maintain perimeter safety and site security during shows.</li>
</ul>
Requirements
<ul>
<li>Previous aviation or live event experience is an asset.</li>
<li>Transport Canada&nbsp;Basic RPAS Certificate&nbsp;preferred.</li>
<li>Valid driver’s license, clean driving record, and reliable transportation.</li>
<li>Ability to work outdoors in varying conditions and during irregular hours.</li>
<li>Physically fit and able to lift 50+ lbs.</li>
