The Weekend Part-Time Concierge provides exceptional customer service to residents, guests, and visitors by serving as the first point of contact. This role is responsible for creating a welcoming environment, assisting with requests, monitoring building access, and ensuring a high level of professionalism and security throughout the weekend.
Key Responsibilities:

Greet residents, guests, and visitors in a friendly and professional manner

Manage building access by monitoring entry points and verifying guest access

Answer phone calls, emails, and inquiries promptly and courteously

Assist residents with packages, deliveries, reservations, and general requests

Coordinate with building management, security, and maintenance as needed

Maintain a clean, organized, and professional front desk/concierge area

Enforce building policies and procedures politely and consistently

Log incidents, deliveries, and visitor activity accurately

Respond appropriately to emergencies or unusual situations and report as required
Pay Rate: $18-$22DOE
Part-Time Weekends Sat & Sun 7am-3pm 16 hours
