We’re looking for a Field Services Technician I to support our lottery operations by servicing equipment at retail partner locations. What You'll do
- Travel within your assigned zone to install, maintain, or repair lottery equipment and communication devices
- Deliver supplies and marketing materials to retail locations
- Troubleshoot and resolve equipment issues in the field, including cleaning, swapping, or minor adjustments
- Provide basic training to new or existing retailers on equipment use
- Communicate clearly with dispatchers and document service activities accurately
- Maintain organized inventory of tools, parts, and consumables
- Follow Brightstar’s vehicle policy and attend driver safety training
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 2+ years of experience in electronics, field service, or a related industry
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, drive for extended periods, and work in various environments
Preferred:
- Technical or IT-related education or training
- Familiarity with electronics and data communications
- Comfort working at heights, in tight spaces, or in varying weather conditions
- Strong manual dexterity and safety awareness when working with tools and electrical components
