What You'll Do:

• Handle personal injury litigation cases from inception through resolution via mediation
or trial.
• Draft pleadings, motions, and discovery.
• Conduct legal research and prepare legal memoranda.
• Participate in depositions, hearings, and trials.
• Negotiate settlements (a significant plus!).
• Maintain client communication and manage case files.

What We're Looking For:

• J.D. from an accredited law school and active bar admission in Florida
• Some litigation experience required, specifically in Personal Injury law.
• Strong analytical, research, and writing skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
• Eagerness to learn and grow.

Compensation: Competitive Salary Range: [$100,000 - $125,000], commensurate with
experience.
