Job Description

Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Provide Speech Language Pathology services for K-12 students across multiple schools in Winter Garden, FL, supporting their communication and language development. This role requires a licensed SLP with a Masters degree and ASHA certification to serve full-time and part-time positions, including maternity leave coverage and itinerant responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver individual and group speech therapy services to students from kindergarten through 12th grade.
Develop and implement IEPs based on student needs and assessment results.
Collaborate with teachers, parents, and school staff to support student progress.
Maintain accurate records of therapy sessions and student outcomes.
Participate in meetings and professional development as required by the school district.
Potentially service multiple schools as an itinerant therapist for part-time roles.

Qualifications:

Masters Degree in Speech-Language Pathology, Communication Science Disorders, or related field.
Valid Florida State License for Speech-Language Pathology.
Certification of Clinical Competence (CCC) from ASHA.
Experience working in school settings preferred.
Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Ability to work both onsite and possibly in a hybrid setting depending on position.

Location:

Winter Garden, FL area, serving K-12 schools in Seminole County Public Schools.

Position Details:

Contract assignment through the current school year, ending 5/29/2026.
Multiple positions available: full-time, part-time, maternity leave coverage.
Work hours vary from approximately 25 to 35 hours per week.
Itinerant assignments may be required for part-time roles.
Start date: ASAP.
