Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.
Provide Speech Language Pathology services for K-12 students across multiple schools in Winter Garden, FL, supporting their communication and language development. This role requires a licensed SLP with a Masters degree and ASHA certification to serve full-time and part-time positions, including maternity leave coverage and itinerant responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver individual and group speech therapy services to students from kindergarten through 12th grade.
- Develop and implement IEPs based on student needs and assessment results.
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and school staff to support student progress.
- Maintain accurate records of therapy sessions and student outcomes.
- Participate in meetings and professional development as required by the school district.
- Potentially service multiple schools as an itinerant therapist for part-time roles.
Qualifications:
- Masters Degree in Speech-Language Pathology, Communication Science Disorders, or related field.
- Valid Florida State License for Speech-Language Pathology.
- Certification of Clinical Competence (CCC) from ASHA.
- Experience working in school settings preferred.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work both onsite and possibly in a hybrid setting depending on position.
Location:
- Winter Garden, FL area, serving K-12 schools in Seminole County Public Schools.
Position Details:
- Contract assignment through the current school year, ending 5/29/2026.
- Multiple positions available: full-time, part-time, maternity leave coverage.
- Work hours vary from approximately 25 to 35 hours per week.
- Itinerant assignments may be required for part-time roles.
- Start date: ASAP.
