Compensation:

$124,500 - $225,000 yearly

Responsibilities:

  • Engage with potential buyers and sellers to understand their needs and provide tailored real estate solutions.
  • Utilize provided leads to build and maintain a robust client pipeline, ensuring consistent communication and follow-up.
  • Collaborate with team members to share insights and strategies, fostering a supportive and growth-oriented environment.
  • Conduct property showings and open houses, showcasing homes in a way that highlights their unique features and benefits.
  • Negotiate offers and contracts with clients, ensuring favorable terms and a smooth transaction process.
  • Stay informed about local market trends and property values to offer clients accurate and up-to-date advice.
  • Leverage marketing tools to promote listings effectively, reaching a wider audience and maximizing exposure for clients' properties.

Qualifications:

  • Real Estate License.
  • Experience in real estate sales or a related field, with a passion for helping clients achieve their goals.
  • Ability to engage effectively with potential buyers and sellers, understanding their unique needs and providing tailored solutions.
  • Proven track record of building and maintaining a strong client pipeline through consistent communication and follow-up.
  • Strong collaboration skills, with a willingness to share insights and strategies to foster a supportive team environment.
