Location: Port Charlotte, FL (On site) | Type: Full Time | Compensation: $16.00/hour + Commission (Based on efficiency and sales)

What You’ll Do:

• Greet guests with energy and professionalism in our Service Drive

• Communicate clearly and empathetically about vehicle needs

• Recommend additional services and solutions

• Prepare and manage express service repair orders

• Keep guests updated on repair status and any changes

• Help maintain high customer satisfaction and service scores

• Handle payments and close out repair orders

• Perform other duties assigned

What You’ll Need:

• Previous experience in a customer-facing role
• A valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record

• Driven, personable, and able to sell with confidence

• Must be comfortable in a fast-paced environment
