Caseload: Elementary (shared with 3 other SLPs)

Job Description:
ProCare Therapy is seeking a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist for a full-time, school-based position in Milton, FL for the 20252026 school year. You will work with an elementary caseload, collaborating closely with a team of three other SLPs to support student communication needs.

Responsibilities:

• Provide speech-language services to elementary students

• Collaborate with a team of SLPs, teachers, and school staff

• Conduct assessments, write IEP goals, and maintain accurate documentation

• Participate in IEP meetings and parent communication

Requirements:

• Active Florida Speech-Language Pathologist license

• Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology

• Strong teamwork and communication skills

• School-based experience preferred
