Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Location: Milton, FL
Schedule: Full-time, 6:45 AM 2:15 PM (school hours)
Start Date: August 2025
End Date: May 2026
Caseload: Elementary (shared with 3 other SLPs)

Job Description:
ProCare Therapy is seeking a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist for a full-time, school-based position in Milton, FL for the 20252026 school year. You will work with an elementary caseload, collaborating closely with a team of three other SLPs to support student communication needs.
Responsibilities:

Provide speech-language services to elementary students

Collaborate with a team of SLPs, teachers, and school staff

Conduct assessments, write IEP goals, and maintain accurate documentation

Participate in IEP meetings and parent communication
Requirements:

Active Florida Speech-Language Pathologist license

Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology

Strong teamwork and communication skills

School-based experience preferred
