Position: Concrete Finisher
Pay: $35.00 per hour
Schedule: Full-Time | 40–50 hours per week (some Saturdays required)
Location: Jacksonville, FL
We’re seeking experienced Concrete Finishers to join our skilled crew in Jacksonville, FL.

What You’ll Do:
- Prepare work areas for concrete pouring and finishing
- Grade and install base materials to the correct levels
- Form, pour, and spread concrete according to specifications
- Use hand and power tools to shape, trowel, smooth, and polish surfaces
- Ensure work meets structural and aesthetic standards
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized worksite
Required Tools & Equipment:
- Must bring your own finishing hand tools (magnesium float, edger, trowels, hammer, 25’ tape measure, speed square, utility knife, tool belt)
- Work boots and concrete pouring boots required
- PPE, company logo gear, and gloves provided
- Reliable transportation to job sites
Requirements:
- 3–5+ years of concrete finishing experience
- OSHA certification required
- Must pass pre-employment drug screening
- Strong attention to detail and pride in workmanship
- Ability to work in a physically demanding environment
