We are seeking an experienced Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner (NP) to join our team as an independent contractor. The ideal candidate will provide psychiatric evaluations, medication management, and collaborative care to clients in [in-person / virtual / hybrid] settings. This role offers autonomy, flexibility, and the opportunity to work with a supportive interdisciplinary team.
Responsibilities

Conduct comprehensive psychiatric evaluations and mental health assessments.

Provide ongoing medication management and monitor treatment effectiveness.

Collaborate with therapists and other providers to ensure integrated care.

Maintain accurate, timely clinical documentation in the EMR system.

Educate clients and families about diagnoses, treatment options, and medication use.

Adhere to all state, federal, and ethical guidelines for psychiatric practice.
Qualifications

Licensed Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) in the state(s) of practice.

Active DEA license.

Minimum 2 years of clinical experience in psychiatry/mental health preferred.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Comfortable working independently and collaboratively within a team.
