In this role, you will conduct assessments, facilitate group and individual therapies, and create individualized treatment plans. <li>Perform intakes and assessments</li>
<li>Create individualized treatment plans for each client</li>
<li>Use evidence-based treatment methods to facilitate group and individual treatments</li>
<li>Maintain detailed and accurate documentation of patient information and treatment plan</li>
<li>Perform regular wellness checks</li>
<li>Adhere to all facility and licensing standards</li>
</ul>
Qualifications
<ul>
<li>Bachelor’s degree in counseling, social work, or similar field</li>
<li>Current and unrestricted clinical social worker license</li>
<li>Previous experience as a behavioral health therapist preferred</li>
<li>Basic Life Support (BLS) and CPR certified</li>
<li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills</li>
<li>Highly organized</li>
