We’re looking for a Lien Resolution Analyst I who is detail-driven, curious, and ready to learn. This is an entry-level role designed for someone eager to build expertise in healthcare liens, negotiation strategy, and client communication—while making a real impact for injury victims and law firms nationwide.
This role is about more than processing files. You’ll develop negotiation skills, learn the nuances of Medicare, Medicaid, ERISA, and provider liens, and guide attorney clients through resolution with professionalism and empathy.

What You’ll Do
1. Manage & Negotiate Liens
- Handle a portfolio of healthcare liens (primarily under $5,000)
- Communicate with lien holders including Medicare, Medicaid, ERISA, military plans, hospitals, and providers
- Learn how to negotiate reductions and resolve claims efficiently
2. Build Strategic Case Arguments
- Review case facts, conduct research, and craft persuasive correspondence
- Develop customized strategies using Synergy tools and resources
- Grow your expertise in subrogation and lien resolution laws
3. Stay Organized & Efficient
- Maintain accurate documentation of calls, emails, and strategy notes
- Ensure files are complete with reduction requests, final offers, and closure letters
- Follow established policies, procedures, and quality standards
4. Support Clients & Collaborate Internally
- Communicate with attorney clients via email, phone, and portal
- Provide guidance with confidence and professionalism
- Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and knowledge sharing
What You Bring
- Bachelor’s degree in Legal Studies, Business, Healthcare Administration, or a related field
- 1+ year of experience or exposure to the legal or healthcare field (preferred)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- High attention to detail and follow-through
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel
- A growth mindset and willingness to learn complex concepts
