We are seeking a dedicated Medical Assistant to join our fertility care team. In this role, you’ll be a vital part of the patient experience—offering clinical support, emotional reassurance, and continuity of care during some of the most important moments in our patients’ lives.
You won’t just assist procedures—you’ll help patients feel seen, supported, and hopeful as they move closer to growing their families.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist physicians and nurses during fertility treatments and procedures
- Prepare patients for exams, ultrasounds, and lab work
- Perform phlebotomy and administer injections
- Maintain accurate medical records and documentation
- Provide compassionate patient education and support
- Ensure exam rooms and equipment are prepared and sanitized
- Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary fertility care team
What We’re Looking For
- Certified or Registered Medical Assistant (CMA/RMA preferred)
- Prior experience in OB/GYN, women’s health, fertility, or specialty care is a plus
- Strong clinical and organizational skills
- Exceptional bedside manner and emotional intelligence
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, patient-centered environment
- Passion for helping patients through meaningful life moments
