Responsibilities
• Perform residential pest control services (interior/exterior treatments)
• Identify pest activity and apply treatments safely and correctly
• Educate customers on prevention, service recommendations, and follow-up needs
• Maintain accurate service notes (app-based or paperwork)
• Keep service vehicle clean, organized, and stocked
• Communicate clearly with customers and management
• Maintain quality service standards and low callback rates

Requirements
✅ Valid driver’s license + reliable transportation
✅ Ability to work outdoors in Florida weather
✅ Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical job duties
✅ Strong customer service and communication skills
✅ Professional appearance and work ethic
✅ Must be reliable and able to work independently
Preferred (but not required):
• Pest control experience
• Florida pest control license (or ability to obtain)
• Experience in route work (pest, lawn, pool, home services, etc.)
