Medical Malpractice Attorney
Miami, FL | Full-Time | On-Site or Hybrid
ALL IN ONE Employment is seeking an experienced Medical Malpractice Attorney to join a growing and dynamic legal team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background handling complex medical malpractice cases from intake through trial, with exceptional client service and litigation skills.
Responsibilities
- Manage medical malpractice cases from intake through resolution, including trial.
- Draft and file pleadings, motions, discovery requests/responses, and memoranda.
- Communicate directly with clients to guide them through each stage of the case.
- Prepare for and attend depositions, mediations, hearings, and trials.
- Work closely with expert witnesses, including preparing reports, affidavits, and testimony.
Qualifications
- Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.
- Active member in good standing with the Florida Bar.
- 5+ years of medical malpractice experience
- Excellent written and oral advocacy skills.
- Strong client service and communication abilities.
- Self-starter with the ability to manage a high-volume caseload.
