Licensed Massage Therapist (LMT) Now Hiring


Must be licensed in the state of Florida


Hand & Stone is increasing compensation for Licensed Massage Therapists. Full-time LMTs can now earn $50 or more per service (including commission and gratuity), with a generous sign-on bonus available.

We are seeking dedicated, professional, and passionate massage therapists who want to grow their careers in a supportive and busy spa environment. Whether youre newly licensed or experienced, we provide the tools and team support you need to succeed.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver professional massage services in accordance with state licensing regulations
• Customize each session to meet individual client needs
• Promote the benefits of regular massage through our lifestyle program
• Educate clients on service enhancements and retail products
• Maintain accurate client records and follow all spa policies and procedures
• Support team goals and contribute to a positive, professional work environment
  
  

Requirements:

• Active Florida Massage Therapy License required
• Skilled in Swedish and Deep Tissue massage (additional modalities a plus)
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Must be dependable, professional, and a team player
• Ability to pass a background check and provide professional references
