Project Manager | Mixed Use Construction

Our client, a leading General Contractor in South Florida, is urgently seeking a Project Manager to lead high-profile high rise projects across corporate, retail, academic, and healthcare sectors. Responsibilities of the Project Manager - Mixed Use:

  • Lead end-to-end execution of high-rise construction. Responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and completion of tall building projects ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards
  • Build and manage project schedules using MS Project; anticipate challenges and drive proactive solutions.
  • Oversee subcontractor scope reviews, contract execution, and day-to-day coordination.
  • Manage all documentation: RFIs, submittals, change orders, drawings, and Procore logs.
  • Ensure full site compliance with safety protocols and local regulations.
  • Communicate directly with ownership, architects, and consultants to manage expectations and provide updates.
  • Troubleshoot issues on-site, maintain progress tracking, and deliver exceptional closeouts.



A successful Project Manager – Mixed-Use should have:

  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience managing FL Mixed-Use projects.
  • Proficiency in MS Project and Procore (required).
  • Strong leadership, organization, and communication skills.
  • Deep understanding of FL building codes, permitting, and compliance
