Mechanical Engineer - HVAC
Position Overview
We are seeking a skilled Mechanical Engineer specializing in HVAC systems to join our engineering team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and overseeing HVAC projects that meet our clients' needs while ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop HVAC systems for various projects including commercial buildings, hospitality spaces, and municipal constructions.
- Utilize Revit for creating detailed HVAC drawings and designs.
- Ensure all HVAC designs comply with ASHRAE standards and other relevant regulations.
- Collaborate with project teams to integrate HVAC systems into overall building designs.
- Conduct energy modeling and system analysis to optimize HVAC performance.
- Participate in site inspections and oversee the installation of HVAC systems.
- Provide technical support and guidance to junior engineers and other team members.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
- Proven experience as a Mechanical Engineer with a focus on HVAC systems.
- Proficiency in Revit
- Knowledge of ASHRAE standards and HVAC design principles.
- Experience in MEP and commercial construction projects is a plus.
- Familiarity with transportation and municipal construction projects is an advantage.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
