Job Title: Front Desk Representative (Part-Time)
Location: On-site — Pinellas County, FL
Hours: Part-Time (35–40 hours/week)
Compensation: $15–$18/hr (based on experience)

As we expand, we’re looking for a reliable, personable, and organized Front Desk Representative to support our team and help keep the office running smoothly.
What You’ll Do

Greet clients and visitors with a professional, positive attitude

Answer and route incoming calls, texts, and emails

Help manage appointment scheduling and basic calendar tasks

Handle incoming mail, deliveries, and organize front office space

Support light administrative tasks for sales and operations teams

Enter and update client information in our CRM system

Maintain front desk and break room tidiness

Restock and organize office supplies and materials

Provide basic support for on-site team coordination

Communicate clearly with team members and follow office protocols
What We’re Looking For

Excellent communication skills (in person, on the phone, and in writing)

Friendly, organized, and detail-oriented personality

Previous experience in a front desk, receptionist, or admin role preferred

Proficiency in Google Workspace or Microsoft Office

Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment

Reliable and professional in both appearance and conduct

Bonus: Bilingual (English/Spanish)
