Position Overview
We are seeking an Assistant General Manager (AGM) to join our leadership team. The AGM plays a critical role in daily operations, supporting the General Manager in leading staff, driving guest satisfaction, and ensuring smooth execution across all departments. This individual will serve as a hands-on leader, capable of motivating a team, solving challenges, and maintaining a fun yet professional environment.
Key Responsibilities

Assist the General Manager in overseeing day-to-day operations, including bowling, arcade, food & beverage, and attractions.

Lead, coach, and motivate team members to deliver a best-in-class guest experience.

Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and operational procedures.

Support scheduling, payroll oversight, and staffing decisions.

Handle guest concerns with professionalism and proactive problem-solving.

Monitor financial performance, control labor and operational costs, and contribute to revenue growth.

Act as the Manager-on-Duty when the General Manager is unavailable.

Collaborate with department leads to drive training, development, and accountability.
Qualifications

2+ years of management experience in hospitality, entertainment, or food & beverage.

Strong leadership and team-building skills with the ability to inspire others.

Excellent communication and conflict-resolution abilities.

Financial acumen with experience monitoring budgets, labor, and inventory.

Flexible schedule – must be able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
