Looking for fun energetic General Manager to lead our team at our new family entertainment center (similar to Dave & Busters) “GAME ON” in downtown Clermont.
The candidate would be responsible for front of house operations including golf simulators, arcade games, escape room and putt putt golf. Additional responsibility of food operations from our two airstream trailers would be required as well. The ideal candidate is someone who has excellent customer service skills, tech savvy , sports enthusiast and food service/ kitchen management experience. Candidate will manage food & labor costs and have overall P&L responsibility.
This is a full time position, nights/weekends, salary of $52k, quarterly bonuses and two weeks paid vacation.
