We are seeking a Tech Consultantto join our team! You will analyze data processing problems to improve computer systems.
Responsibilities:

Drive the full sales cycle from initial inquiry to closing the deal, managing communication via email, phone, and in-person meetings.

Consult on a high level with clients to design custom PC builds and upgrade paths that match their specific performance needs and budget.

Transition from the sales floor to the workbench to physically assemble, stress-test, and quality-check custom workstations and gaming rigs.

Diagnose and repair hardware issues, serving as the single point of contact for the client’s entire service experience.
Qualifications:

1 to 3 years of proven sales experience with a strong ability to build rapport and close deals.

Minimum 1 year of hands-on technical experience with PC hardware in a professional setting OR an Associate’s Degree in a technical field.

Deep familiarity with current generation components, from thermal management to chipset differences.

Exceptional verbal communication skills, capable of breaking down complex tech for non-technical customers.

Strong organizational skills to balance an active sales pipeline with focused bench work.
