Your Core Responsibilities
- Lead the estate planning and probate practice while supervising the legal support team.
- Provide strategic estate and tax planning guidance to affluent clients.
- Draft and review advanced estate planning instruments and documents.
- Manage complex probate and trust administration cases.
- Advise fiduciaries, beneficiaries, and business owners on legacy and wealth transfer strategies.
- Strengthen long-standing client relationships with discretion and exceptional service.
- Contribute to firm growth through mentorship, leadership, and community involvement.
Requirements
What We’re Looking For
- J.D. from an accredited law school; LL.M. in Taxation or Estate Planning preferred
- 7+ years of experience in estate planning and probate, ideally with HNW clientele
- Deep knowledge of federal estate, gift, and generation-skipping transfer tax laws
- Florida Bar admission in good standing
- Strong leadership, communication, and client relationship skills
