Level: Licensed Clinician (LCSW, LMHC, LMFT, or equivalent)

Setting: Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP) / Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP)


About Us


We are a growing PHP/IOP treatment center located in Delray Beach, Florida, specializing in the treatment of process addictions and trauma. Our primary population is adult Jewish men struggling with sex addiction, pornography addiction, gambling addiction, substance use disorders, and co-occurring mental health and trauma-related concerns.

Position Overview


We are seeking a Licensed Primary Therapist to join our multidisciplinary treatment team. The Primary Therapist will be responsible for carrying a caseload of PHP/IOP clients, providing individual therapy, facilitating groups, coordinating care, and supporting clients through intensive, trauma-informed treatment.


This is an excellent opportunity for a clinician who is interested in working with process addictions, trauma, and complex presentations in a structured, collaborative environment.


Responsibilities

\t•\tProvide individual therapy to PHP and IOP clients

\t•\tServe as primary therapist for assigned caseload

\t•\tFacilitate group therapy (process groups, psychoeducation, skills-based groups)

\t•\tCollaborate with clinical team including psychiatrists, therapists, and support staff

\t•\tComplete timely and accurate clinical documentation

\t•\tParticipate in treatment planning, case consultations, and team meetings

\t•\tMaintain ethical and professional standards of care


Qualifications


Required:

\t•\tActive Florida license (LCSW, LMHC, LMFT, or equivalent)

\t•\tExperience working with addiction, mental health, and/or trauma populations

\t•\tStrong clinical judgment, boundaries, and communication skills


Preferred (but not required):

\t•\tEMDR training or certification

\t•\tCSAT (Certified Sex Addiction Therapist) or experience treating sex and porn addiction

\t•\tTrauma-focused training (EMDR, Somatic Experiencing, IFS, Psychodrama, or similar)

\t•\tExperience working with male populations and/or culturally informed treatment
