A premier electrical contractor in South Florida is actively hiring an Electrical Project Manager with experience in high-rise multifamily and mixed-use projects. Join a forward-thinking company offering relocation assistance, bonuses, and long-term growth potential.
What You’ll Do:
- Lead and oversee multi-million-dollar high-rise/mixed-use electrical projects
- Coordinate with general contractors, owners, vendors, and field staff
- Drive project schedule, safety, procurement, and budget goals
- Process submittals, RFIs, change orders, and project documentation
- Serve as the main point of contact between the office and job site teams
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of project management experience in electrical construction
- High-rise/multifamily/mixed-use experience preferred, but commercial experience accepted
- Knowledge of NEC, Florida building codes, and safety compliance
- Ability to manage multiple deadlines, budgets, and subcontractor relationships
- Local preferred, but relocation assistance is available
