We’re hiring a Service Advisor to support customer intake, scheduling, and service coordination for a busy marine service department. This role is ideal for someone who is organized, customer-focused, and comfortable working around boats or marine systems.
What You’ll Do
- Greet customers and document service requests (phone, email, in person)
- Create work orders, schedule service, and coordinate parts and materials
- Assign jobs to technicians and track progress
- Keep customers updated on timelines, changes, and recommendations
- Maintain records, verify invoices, and ensure quality service delivery
Requirements
- Experience in service coordination or customer service (marine preferred)
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to understand and explain basic technical info
- Proficient with computers and scheduling/service software
- Professional, detail-oriented, and customer focused
