We’re seeking a dynamic and experienced IT Support & Project Coordinator to join our team. This role goes beyond traditional tech support—you’ll be the connective tissue between our IT operations, customer-facing teams, and internal project stakeholders. If you're passionate about technology, communication, and keeping projects on track, we want to hear from you.
The perfect candidate will want to help us grow our account base and assist in promoting technology solutions to small and medium size businesses. Unlimited growth and potential for the right candidate. We have a great work environment that will expose you to many areas of technology. This is an in-house position not remote and requires reliable transportation.
Responsibilities include but not limited to:

Provide hands-on technical support for hardware, software, and network issues.

Serve as a liaison between IT and customer account managers to ensure seamless communication and issue resolution

Oversee and coordinate IT-related projects, ensuring timelines, deliverables, and resources are aligned

Communicate directly with customers to troubleshoot issues, provide updates, and maintain satisfaction

Track progress on internal IT initiatives and ensure all employees are informed and engaged with their respective tasks

Maintain documentation for systems, processes, and project workflows

Identify opportunities for process improvement and proactively suggest solutions

Providing excellent customer service to our clients.
- Answering phones and gathering detailed technical information
- Recommend hardware and software.
- Going onsite to customer locations when required.
Requirements:

Proven experience in IT support and project coordination (3+ years preferred)

Strong communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical audiences

Experience working with customer-facing teams and managing client relationships

Familiarity with project management tools and ticketing systems

Solid understanding of networking, operating systems, and enterprise software

Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment
- College degree in a technical field with 2+ years’ experience
- Ability to multi-task and work with team on all projects
- Have problem solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Have passion, drive, and ambition to be there best and do their best.
- Have reliable transportation.
- Have excellent phone and communication skills.
- Microsoft Azure experience a big plus.
Bonus Skills:

Experience in a customer service or account management role
