Compensation:
$125,500 - $225,000 yearly
Responsibilities:
- Assist in generating and nurturing leads to build a robust client base.
- Collaborate with experienced agents to learn best practices in client management.
- Conduct property showings and provide insightful information to potential buyers.
- Participate in team meetings to share insights and develop strategies for success.
- Engage in continuous learning to stay updated on real estate market trends.
- Support the preparation of marketing materials to promote listings effectively.
- Facilitate communication between clients and team members to ensure seamless transactions.

- Experience in customer service or sales roles, showcasing your ability to connect with clients.
