Key Responsibilities

• Source a Campus: Identify and secure a suitable location in your community (e.g., libraries, churches, community centers). And remember, we just need your help with sourcing the location! We’ll take care of signing the lease, paying rent, sprucing it up, and all regulatory approvals.
• Recruit Students: Recruit and enroll the first 15 students for your microschool with the support of Primer’s marketing campaigns and resources.
• Learn our playbook: You’ll be given and learn everything you need to launch your own Primer microschool, including our curriculum, our proprietary software, marketing materials, and more.
• Lead and teach! Once your Microschool officially opens in August 2025, you'll lead and teach at your very own Primer Microschool.

Who you are

• You have at least a Bachelor’s Degree from a four-year accredited university.
• You have experience working with kids (active teaching status is not required).
• You’re well-connected to your community. You know where you could easily source a location and students for your microschool.
• You have an entrepreneurial spark, you’re an organized self-starter, and you’re ready to fix the K-12 education system.
• Job Type: Contract to Full-time hire

Expected hours: 3 – 5 per week
