Job Description

Job DescriptionLHH Recruitment Solution is currently seeking a highly motivated Litigation Paralegal with over five years of experience in Insurance Defense for an opportunity in Orlando, Florida. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a litigation team.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist attorneys in preparing for trials, hearings, and depositions, including drafting legal documents.

  • Conduct case analysis and ensure all applicable deadlines are met.

  • Handle Federal and State E-filing processes.

  • Summarize medical and billing records, as well as depositions.

  • Manage cases from inception to completion.

Qualifications:

  • Over five years of litigation experience, preferably in Insurance Defense.

  • Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to work under pressure with minimal supervision.

  • Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively within a team.

  • Proficiency in MS Office and Adobe; experience with legal billing software is a plus.

Pay Details: $55,000.00 to $68,000.00 per year
