Candidate Profile

<li>JD from an ABA-accredited law school with an excellent academic record
<ul>
<li>Law Review and/or Honors required</li>
</ul>

</li>
<li>Active Bar Admission in Florida, in good standing</li>
<li>5-7 years of substantive litigation experience, with a focus on insurance coverage matters</li>
<li>Experience analyzing complex insurance policies</li>
<li>Ability to provide clear coverage recommendations</li>
<li>Demonstrated experience drafting litigation-related documents</li>
<li>Experience participating in litigation proceedings, including depositions and mediations, among others</li>
<li>Familiarity with some or all of the following: bad faith insurance claims, commercial general liability, commercial property, errors &amp; omissions, and directors &amp; officers</li>
<li>Exceptional legal research and writing skills</li>
<li>Strong organizational skills and attention to detail</li>
<li>Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with a team</li>
