Job Description
We are seeking a reliable and skilled Part-Time Maintenance Technician to help maintain and repair facilities, equipment, and grounds. The ideal candidate is hands-on, safety-conscious, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
Key Responsibilities:

Perform routine maintenance and minor repairs (plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, painting)

Inspect facilities and equipment to identify maintenance needs

Respond to maintenance requests in a timely manner

Maintain cleanliness and safety of work areas

Assist with preventative maintenance programs

Replace light fixtures, filters, hardware, and fixtures as needed

Perform basic grounds-keeping (trash removal, minor landscaping, snow removal if applicable)

Report major repair needs to management

Follow all safety and company procedures
Part-Time Mon-Fri 7am-11am or 8am-12pm 20 hours a week
Pay Rate: Up to $24 DOE
