This opportunity is a direct hire positoin with our client, a manufacturer located in Pompano Beach FL. this is not working through an agency or contract position. You will be hired by our client on day one and they offer a long term opporutnity for the right candidate.

Our client is a leader in manufacturing machine shop fabrication. They are established, stable and growing.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with experience in metal fabrication and some leadership skills, and are looking for a long term opportunity to grow into a plant operations leadership role.

Must have experience in manufacturing metal fabrication and welding. This is a unique position for someone who has the relevant experience in a machine shop CNC high precision metal fabrication and welding and wants to progress their career into management. This person will be trained into a leadership role.

Requirements:

Minimum 3 years experience working in a sheet metal fabrication machine shop

Minimum 3 years managing production

Minimum 3 years in a supervisory/management/leadership role

Minimum 3 years experience/knowledge of general welding Tig and Mig welding

Ability to read and interpret Blue Prints

Good math and experience in using measuring tools

Ability to lead a team

Able to perform professionally under pressure

Looking for a long term opportunity for growth

Good computer skills, MS Excel, Word, Outlook ETC.
