Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers in selecting wireless, internet, and home service packages.
- Provide clear explanations of current AT&T offerings, promotions, and product features.

- Ensure accurate processing of orders and account details.
- Contribute to team objectives by assisting with daily and weekly store goals.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of AT&T products and services to answer questions confidently.
- Deliver consistent, professional customer experiences while representing the AT&T brand.
Requirements

Compensation
- Base pay range: $43,000 – $57,000 annually, depending on experience.
