Description

• Initiate regular check-in/follow-ups with the BOD president as necessary • Complete the weekly schedule emailed by the management company • Confirm work and work orders and report daily/weekly statuses, including completions to the BOD and management company • Prioritize workload as necessary to address BOD requests/needs as they require attention • Order needed supplies upon BOD approval • Submit all requisitions, work orders, receipts, invoices, bills of lading, and material tracking documents to the BOD treasurer • Review security camera and video footage, report issues and information to BOD • Light-duty plumbing, electrical and painting work when necessary • Perform other assigned duties as assigned by BOD/property manager Mailbox maintenance and repairs • Lightbulbs maintenance: paint light bulb posts and/or replace sensors and/or light poles • Weekly pool clean up (leaves, etc.) and deck area with lounge chairs • Paint and upkeep parking stoppers and parking lines • Pick up palm/tree limbs in preparation for lawn service as needed and capable • Inspect and maintain the perimeter and interior grounds and common areas in a neat, clean, and orderly fashion, including fence • Dog station maintenance/repairs • Daily removal of debris and garbage (bottles, cans, etc.) and broken branches as capable • Clean and maintain the playground area and applicable recreational amenities, equipment, fixtures, and furniture • Maintain community street debris • Maintain inventory list

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $18.00/hr.
