keeping a clean work environment as some projects are in occupied homes
at times there may be different task at hand like, some carpentry work and misc. drywall repairs.
knowledge in these areas is a plus but not necessary.
MUST HAVE YOUR OWN/RELIABLE TRANSPORTAION.
