Role and Responsibilities:
In this role, you will be a vital link between our wholesale parts customers and the success of our Wholesale division.
- Assisting wholesale account customers with a customer-centric approach in selecting the right parts and accessories.
- Efficiently locating or ordering parts as required, ensuring timely delivery to wholesale customers.
- Preparing accurate invoices for parts, streamlining the customer experience.
- Actively maintaining and expanding wholesale accounts through personal visits and effective phone communication.
- Collaborating with the parts manager, warehouse staff and warehouse delivery staff to ensure seamless updates on account statuses.
Requirements:
Your success in this role is rooted in your experience, skills, and dedication. The following qualifications are required:
- High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED).
- Essential automotive parts experience of 2-5 years, enabling you to excel in this role.
- Bilingual proficiency, enhancing your ability to connect with a diverse range of customers.
- Residency in Florida, reinforcing your understanding of the local market.
- Authorization to work in the U.S. without sponsorship and current residency.
- Successful completion of pre-employment assessments, including background checks, MVR, and drug screening.
