Job Description
Title: Word Processor / Legal Admin Assistant
Location: Naples, FL (onsite)
Salary: $50,000 - $65,000 with additional OT and Bonus
Company: Law Firm
Responsibilities
• Backup for Legal Secretary staff
• Create Client Binders for executed trust and estate documents
• Prepare documents as needed
• Draft, revise and finalize will, trusts and other trust and estate documents and letters
• Manage email attachments appropriately as requested
• Document formatting and scanning
• Photocopy and preparation of correspondence for mailing (i.e., Certified Mail Return Receipt Requested,
UPS, and FedEx, etc.)
• Maintenance of desk files and timely client document filing
• Serve as witness at client signing
• Backup for Receptionist as needed
Qualifications
• High school diploma or GED required
• Degree in business administration preferred
• Two (2) or more years of Word Processor experience
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, Outlook, Visio, PowerPoint and Adobe
• Exceptional organization skills and attention to details
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Able to prioritize, multitask effectively and manage time effectively
• Overtime only when requested by the attorney.
