The Role
Were hiring an experienced Lead Installer to run residential coating jobs with the support of an assistant. This is not an entry-level role. Youll be responsible for delivering flawless floors, start to finish, while leading by example and setting the standard for quality.

What We Expect
- Proven hands-on experience with concrete coatings: epoxy, flakes, and polyaspartic systems
- Ability to run a job site independently and manage an assistant effectively
- High standards for quality and attention to detailgood enough is not good enough
- Reliability, professionalism, and a strong work ethic
- Physical ability for the work (grinding, lifting, coating, etc.)
