FDOT Roadway Intelligent Transportation Systems (ITS) Technician

· Proficient in the installation, programming, integration and maintenance of the following typical ITS components: IP Cameras and Digital Video Systems, Dynamic Message Signs, Traffic Detection Systems, Traffic Signals, Edge-Computing Technology, Emergency Vehicle Preemption, Transit Signal Priority, Adaptive Traffic Signal Control, Communications Networks, and Transportation Safety Solutions, Cabinets, UPS.

· Able to perform basic troubleshooting of both wiring, hardware and software problems

· Able to proficiently operate Microsoft Office Suite programs as well manufacturers specific software

· Able to perform FO cable locating and components inventory
