Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree, active Pharmacist license, and minimum 1+ years Pharmacist experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.
Seeking an experienced pharmacist to join a concierge pharmacy team in Miami, FL, on a per diem basis. This role involves providing high-quality pharmaceutical care in a primarily closed-door retail setting, with a focus on delivering medications to patients quickly via courier services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform typical retail pharmacy duties, including opening and closing the pharmacy.
- Oversee and collaborate with pharmacy technicians to ensure smooth operations.
- Manage prescription processing and patient consultations.
- Facilitate same-day or next-day medication delivery via courier.
- Occasionally support limited in-person medication pickups.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Valid Florida pharmacist licensure is required.
- Proven experience in retail pharmacy and comprehensive knowledge of RX systems.
- Proficiency with Pioneer Rx software is preferred.
- Strong organizational and leadership skills to oversee pharmacy techs effectively.
Schedule:
- Work scheduled on Fridays: 2/6, 2/13, and 2/20.
