Your Day-to-Day Adventures
- Prepare and process daily shipments via FedEx and UPS
- Accurately post and record financial charges in company systems
- Process and distribute Bills of Sale to buyers and sellers
- Coordinate transportation logistics for digital inventory units
- Monitor and follow up on payment collection for sold digital units
- Perform general data entry and administrative tasks
- Title and registration processing (experience preferred but not required)
What We're Looking For (The Must-Haves)
- High school diploma or GED
- Proven work experience in AutoIMS
- 2+ years of customer service experience
- Proficiency with computers and ability to navigate multiple systems simultaneously
- Legal authorization to work in the U.S. and ability to pass our background check and drug screening
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced team environment
- Positive, can-do attitude and collaborative team spirit
