This is a full-time on-site role for a Parts Sales Manager based in Boynton Beach, FL. The Parts Sales Manager will be responsible for managing the sales of spare parts, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining high standards of customer service. Day-to-day tasks include overseeing parts inventory, assisting customers in selecting appropriate parts, coordinating with service teams, and handling inbound and outbound sales of marine spare parts. The role also involves developing relationships with customers to support repeat business and ensure a positive overall experience.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Customer Service, Customer Satisfaction, and building client relationships
- Experience with Sales and Spare Parts, preferably within the marine industry
- Ability to manage inventory, process orders, and troubleshoot customer issues
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in using inventory management systems or related software
- Prior experience in a similar role or in the marine or automotive industry is a plus
- Bilingual is a plus
