Compensation:
$52,500
Responsibilities:
- Contract & Listing Prep – Assist with drafting contracts, listing agreements, and transaction coordination.
- Client & Email Management – Professionally handle client communication, respond to emails, and ensure smooth interactions.
- Database & Calendar Management – Keep client records organized and maintain an efficient broker schedule.
- Marketing & Advertising – Oversee social media and print marketing, including listing promotions and branding.
- General Administrative Support – Provide essential support in daily operations to keep the business running seamlessly.
Qualifications:
- Confident & Experienced – Prior real estate or administrative experience in real estate is preferred.
- Organized & Task-Oriented – Able to manage multiple priorities efficiently.
- Proactive & Decisive – Takes initiative and solves problems independently.
