Join Our Sales Team – Part-Time Role in Plantation, FL
If you love talking to people, enjoy selling products you believe in, and get energized by hitting goals, you’ll feel right at home here. We’re looking for confident, outgoing sales professionals who thrive on customer interaction and know how to turn conversations into results.
Pay: $16.00 Per Hour
Shift: Nights, Weekends, and Holidays (Required)
What You’ll Be Doing
- Proactively welcoming customers and starting genuine conversations
- Demonstrating products and helping customers find the right fit (full training provided)
- Driving sales by meeting and exceeding performance goals
- Creating a fun, high-energy shopping experience that customers want to return to
- Keeping the store looking sharp through restocking and merchandising
What We’re Looking For
- A sales-first mindset—you’re comfortable engaging customers and closing the sale
- An upbeat, confident personality with strong communication skills
- Prior retail or sales experience (this is not an entry-level position)
- Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays
