Location: GMS Field – Tampa, FL

The New York Yankees 50/50 Raffle gives fans the opportunity to support the New York Yankees Foundation and select local charities while offering them a chance to win cash prizes.

The New York Yankees are seeking high-energy, motivated, and hard-working ticket sellers to join our 50/50 Raffle Sales Team during the 2026 Spring Training games. The primary responsibility of this role is to promote and sell the 50/50 raffle tickets at George M. Steinbrenner Stadium. This position plays a key role in enhancing game day experience for fans while supporting charitable initiatives.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Actively approach fans pre-game and in-game to explain the details of the 50/50 Raffle Program and to sell raffle tickets
  • Educate fans and answer questions regarding the raffle program and the New York Yankees Foundation.
  • Accurately handle the sale and distribution of 50/50 tickets, following program requirements
  • Process credit card transactions for raffle tickets using a provided mobile handheld device
  • Provide excellent customer service interaction with guests to enhance the fan experience

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • High School Diploma or equivalent education
  • Prior experience with handling credit card transaction and customer service
  • Excellent communication skills with a positive and enthusiastic attitude
  • Ability to interact positively with large fan base
  • Must be detail-oriented and have strong organizational skills
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays as required
  • Must be able to stand and walk, including up and down steps, for extended periods in parking lots and throughout the stadium complex during shifts
  • Ability to lift and/or move up to 25 lbs.
