Our office is growing! We are looking for an experiences orthodontic assistant to join our family. Come work a 4 day work week with no traveling required! We are looking for full-time dedicated assistant to care for our patients. We offer a fun, family oriented environment!
- Assist orthodontist with patient care and treatment procedures
- Take panoramic and cephalometric xrays
- Perform orthodontic procedures such as itero scanning, orthodontic adjustments, appliance adjustments, preparing work stations, sterilizing instruments, Provide patient education on oral hygiene and orthodontic care
- Maintain infection control protocols and ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations
- Experience with airway orthodontics is a plus!!
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Completion of an accredited dental assisting program or equivalent experience
- X-ray certification
- Knowledge of orthodontic procedures and terminology
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
