What We Offer

Compensation:

$110,000 - $140,000 yearly

Responsibilities:

  • Handle and lead a variety of immigration matters, including family-based petitions, removal defense, asylum, waivers, and naturalization.
  • Represent clients before USCIS, EOIR, and federal courts.
  • Develop systems and best practices for the immigration division.
  • Supervise and mentor associates, paralegals, and junior staff.
  • Collaborate with firm leadership to scale immigration operations across multiple locations.
  • Contribute to community outreach, firm marketing, and client education initiatives through seminars, videos, and written content.

Qualifications:

  • MINIMUM 5 YEARS OF EXPERIENCE PRACTICING IMMIGRATION.
  • J.D. from an accredited law school and active Florida Bar membership (or eligibility).
  • Fluency in English and Spanish required.
  • Strong advocacy, case management, and leadership skills.
  • Growth mindset and comfort working in a fast-paced, expanding firm.
  • Business-minded spirit — you take ownership and deliver results.
