We are seeking an experienced and motivated Liquor Store Managerto lead operations at a busy spirits and wine store in North Miami Beach. This is a hands-on leadership role ideal for someone with a strong background managing liquor retail, bar, or hospitality operations — and who is eager to grow into a General Manager role as the business expands to new locations.
Key Responsibilities:

<li>Oversee daily operations of a high-volume liquor and wine store</li>
<li>Manage inventory, ordering, and merchandising</li>
<li>Supervise and train staff to deliver excellent customer service</li>
<li>Maintain compliance with all local and state liquor laws</li>
<li>Drive sales and ensure the store is clean, organized, and fully stocked</li>
<li>Support future expansion plans and take on increasing leadership responsibilities</li>
</ul>
Required Qualifications:

<li>Proven experience as a Liquor Store Manager, Bar Manager, or Hospitality Manager</li>
<li>Strong leadership, organizational, and customer service skills</li>
